BORN DALTON HOLME, BEVERLEY 1891. SON OF TIMOTHY AND SARAH ANN LYNAM, OF DALTON HOLME, BEVERLEY.

SON OF AN ENGINEER. HE HAD THREE BROTHERS AND SIX SISTERS. HE WAS EMPLOYED AS A JOINER. RESIDED BEVERLEY. HE WAS 5 FOOT, 5 INCHES TALL, 129 LBS WEIGHT, 35 INCH CHEST, GOOD PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT.

HE ENLISTED IN HULL, ON 23/11/1915. SERVED WITH THE 1/5TH YORKSHIRE REGIMENT. POSTED TO FRANCEM ON 5/4/1916. KILLED IN ACTION, ON 17/09/1916, AGED 25. HE HAD SERVED IN THE ARMY FOR 300 DAYS.

UNMARRIED. HIS ARMY EFFECTS WERE LEFT TO HIS FATHER, TIMOTHY
