PERCY JOHN BLYTH
BORN 1894. SON OF MARY & THE LATE ROBERT BLYTH, OF 3 MUSGRAVES YARD, TOLL YARD, BEVERLEY (CWGC ADDRESS). AN APPRENTICE JOINER.
HE ENLISTED AT BEVERLEY. SERVED AS IN THE 5TH YORKSHIRE REGIMENT. KILLED IN ACTION, ON 17/09/1916, AGED 22.
HIS ARMY EFFECTS WERE LEFT TO HIS WIDOWED MOTHER. COMMEMORATED ON THE THEIPVAL MEMORIAL.
HE IS COMMEMORATED ON THE BEVERLEY MEMORIAL HALL AND THE THIEPVAL MEMORIAL.
