HE SERVED WITH THE 6TH KING'S OWN YORKSHIRE LIGHT INFANTRY. KILLED AT YPRES, ON 02/09/1915, AGED 24. HE IS COMMEMORSATED ON THE MENIN GATE MEMORIAL, YPRES.
HIS WAR PENSION WENT TO HIS MOTHER, HARRIET HARRISON, AT 18 KINGSTON STREET, GOOLE.
HIS OLDER BROTHER, STEWARD, WALTER HARRISON, WHO LIVED AT 7 SHAW STREET, HULL, SERVED ON THE S/S 'NORTH WALES', AND DROWNED, ON 24/10/1916, AGED 33.
