ENLISTED BEVERLEY.SERVED WITH THE 5TH YORKSHIRE REGIEMNT. DIED ON 17/09/1916, AGED 22.
HE IS COMMEMORATED ON THE THIEPVAL MEMORIAL, SOMME, FRANCE.
LISTED ON BEVERLEY MEMORIAL HALL ROLL OF HONOUR.
HIS NAME IS ALSO RECORDED ON THE BEVERLEY WAR MEMORIAL, MEMORIAL GARDENS.
