BORN HULL 1885. ELDEST SON OF WILLIAM HENRY PEARSON (1865-1932) AND EMILY PAWLEY JEYNES (1867-1947), AT 1 DAVID'S TERRACE, SCARBOROUGH STREET, HULL AND 82, GILLETT STREET, HULL (WAR PENSION ADDRESS). HE HAD THREE BROTHERS AND THREE SISTERS. WORKED AS A FISH CURER EMPLOYER.
HE ENLISTED IN HULL. SERVED WITH THE 7TH EAST YORKSHIRE REGIMENT. KILLED IN ACTION, ON 18/09/1918, AGED 33. UNMARRIED. HIS ARMY EFFECTS WERE LEFT TO HIS MOTHER, EMILY.
BROTHER TO EMILY, WALTER, ELEANOR, FLORENCE, WILLIAM AND HECTOR.
