Born Hull, 1 Mar 1895. Resided Sunk Island. Son of Frederick Thompson & Adelaide Amelia Musk (1860-1931), of 113, Stepney Lane, Hull (War Pension address). He had three brothers and six sisters. Worked as a Tanner's labourer.
Enlisted Hull. Formerly, 25296, EYR. Transferred from 13041, 22nd Labour Corps. Died of Wounds on 09/09/1917, aged 22. Buried in West-Vlaanderen, Belgium.
His name is also recorded on the Beverley War Memorial, at the Memorial gardens, Beverley and the St Andrew's church memorial, Kirkella.
