Enlisted on October 21, 1915, at Vernon, British Columbia. Served as Staff Sergeant, 524592, Canadian Army Medical Corps, 9th General Hospital, Died of war aggravated injuries on 02/09/1921, aged 50.
Buried at Peachland Cemetery, British Columbia, Canada.
