FRANCIS ARTHUR THWAITES
Born Hull, 1898, Son of Arthur Thwaite (1873-1924) and Christiana Elizabeth Bennett (1876-1947), of 89, Adelaide Street, Hull (1911 census) and 21, Great Thornton Street, Hull (War Pension address).
Son of a wagon Driver. He had two brothers and one sister, Agnes.
Served in the King's Own Yorkshire Light Infantry. Transferred to the Royal Army Medical Corps. Discharged on 24 Feb 1922. Died of Tuberculosis, on 17/09/1922, aged 24.
