JOINED THE ROYAL AIR FORCE AS A MECHANIC, ON 30/07/1918. DIED AT FRENCH HOPITAL, ON 02/09/1919, AGED 30.
HIS ARMY EFFECTS WERE LEFT TO HIS WIDOW, ELSIE.
HIS DEATH WAS REPORTED IN THE HULL DAILY MAIL, ON 03/09/1919.
HE IS COMMEMORATED AT ST JOHN THE BAPTIST CHURCH, WW1 MEMORIAL, NEWINGTON, HULL.
