BORN HULL 1892. LAST SON OF GEORGE CLARK (1856-1941) & ANNIE MARIA TOOGOOD (1857-1923), OF 483, ANLABY ROAD, HULL. BROTHER TO HERBERT, NORA, LILLY, POLLY & ANNIE. SON OF A COPPER & TIN MERCHANT.
HE SERVED AS A SECOND LIEUTENANT IN THE ROYAL AIR FORCE. DIED ON 17/09/1918, AGED 26.
HE LEFT £119 IN HIS WILL TO HIS FATHER, GEORGE AT 36, MORRILL STREET, HULL (PROBATE ADDRESS)
HE IS BURIED AT PERNES BRITISH CEMETERY, FRANCE. HIS GRAVE INSCRIPTION, READS, "PEACE PERFECT PEACE".
